1.1 Price
1.1.1 The price that you shall pay for each product you order corresponds to the price displayed on the website besides each product.
1.1.2 The shipment charges, as well as any applicable sale fee correspond to the prices displayed on the website besides each product.
1.1.3 Danarom sprl Reserves itself the right to modify at any time the price displayed for products on the website, without notice.
1.1.4 All of our prices are in Canadian dollar, unless otherwise specified.
1.1.5 The prices on the website may differ from the prices for the same products sold in shops.
1.2 Send back a product
1.2.1 You may send back products according to the modalities specified by the different vendors. Products will have to be sent with the invoice and purchase order N°. You do not need to provide a justification to Danarom sprl nor to pay any penalty, unless specified otherwise at the moment of purchase.
1.2.2 You will have to cover the shipment charges and risks for the products you send back unless Danarom sprl did not delivered the products you were expecting or delivered damaged or flawed products. In that case, Danarom sprl will cover the shipment and risks costs, in the eventuality that you send the products via a shipping company which offer a warranty against loss and damages).
1.2.3 In reference to articles 2.2.1 and 2.2.2, you cannot send back products which have been taken out from their original packaging, or in the case of books, when these are damaged or when the cover is bent, unless the products are flawed.
1.2.4 Upon reception of returned products, any amount of money taken from your credit card account N° to Danarom sprl regarding those products, except shipment fees, will be payed as soon as possible, under the condition that the products that are sent back have been sent back by yourself and received by Danarom sprl in the same condition as it was when you had first received it.
1.3 Products availability
1.3.1 If Danarom sprl cannot ship you one of the other products that you have shipped because of they are out of stock, Danarom sprl will inform you when the ordered products will become available. You will then have two options:
1.3.1.1 Ask for a delivery of the products. In this case the amount will be taken from your credit card number account, before products are delivered;
1.3.1.2 To refuse delivery of these products. In this case your account will be reimbursed with the amount corresponding to these products.
1.3.2 Danarom sprl will never be responsible at any time for any damage you could have experienced due to a product shortage.
1.4 Delivery of products
1.4.1 Danarom sprl will ship the products you have ordered at the address you indicated when ordering.
1.4.2 The delivery charges correspond to a product that has been ordered.
1.4.3 Delivery will be done by Danarom sprl. as soon as your order has been accepted, according to the delivery method you selected on our website. Delivery time and costs may vary depending of the destination, the chosen delivery method and the product availability in stock. Delivery times are calculated on the moment when products leave the building of Danarom sprl
1.4.4 You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when the latter will be handed over by Danarom sprl to the shipping company. From that moment on, you will bear full responsibility of risks and Danarom sprl will not be responsible of their loss or destruction.
1.4.5 For any product delivered outside CE, you will be responsible of all costs regarding clear-custom and exportation outside CE.
1.4.6 Products delivery is subject to the rules regulating the shipping companies with which Danarom sprl is working, as well as to the rules of any other company with which Danarom sprl could work from time to time. You have to follow the rules concerning the signature of a receipt acknowledgement. If you are not present at the address where you asked Danarom sprl to deliver the products, you will be responsible of recovering these products according to the rules of the shipping company you have chosen when ordering the products online.
1.4.7 No delivery will be made to a PO box.
1.4.8 Danarom sprl will have to receive full payment for all products that need to be delivered before proceeding with the delivery.
1.5 Responsability
1.5.1 In the eventuality that the responsibility of Danarom sprl is engaged, it will be limited to an amount of money equivalent to the price you have payed for the returned products.
1.5.2 Regardless of the above, nothing in this article could limit any of your rights as a consumer according to one of the laws that could be applied in your case.
1.6 Force majeure
Danarom sprl will not be responsible of the non-performance, of a part or of all of any of its commitment to you, nor of any damage or loss you could suffer if the non-performance, damage or losses result from a case of force majeure or from any other circumstances which does not depend from Danarom sprl
